Description:

As a Localization Operations Analyst at Warner Bros. Discovery, you will support global localization activities that adapt content across different languages and cultures while preserving the original creative intent. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure content is prepared, moved, and secured for dubbing, subtitling, and other localization processes.

Responsibilities include managing workflows and project plans, overseeing quality assurance, handling confidential materials securely, and supporting innovation and continuous improvement in localization strategies. You will work under deadlines, often handling urgent issues and maintaining communication with global partners to ensure smooth deliveries. Your efforts help bring Warner Bros.' iconic stories to audiences worldwide, localized with cultural sensitivity and precision.

Shift timing is from 3 PM to 11 PM IST to align with global operations.

Key Technical Skills:

Localization workflows, content editing, project management, vendor management, quality assurance, process improvement, secure handling of sensitive materials, software tools proficiency (including Excel and project management tools)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in localization or production roles
• Strong experience with digital workflows and localization production
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of editorial and distribution systems
• Basic understanding of finance/business practices
• College degree preferred with emphasis on language translation, film, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to innovate and implement improvements in localization processes
• Strong communication and relationship management skills to coordinate with global teams and vendors
